We aim to make sure your parcels are sent out as quickly as possible for you.

We do try to get them dispatched the same day, failing that it will be the next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays.

At checkout you will see options for delivery which you will be able to choose from.

We have two courier options for you to choose from.

Royal Mail & FedEx Express Next Day

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for (Parcels should arrive from 1-2 working days) excluding weekends and holidays.

Royal Mail 48 (Parcels can take from 3-5 working days) excluding weekends and holidays.

FedEx Express Next Day before 6pm (not including weekends or holidays).

If choosing FedEx please provide a TELEPHONE NUMBER in case the courier needs to contact you. Failing this can result in a delay of your parcel reaching you.

If you choose Royal Mail Signature for please note that if you are not in to sign for your parcel it will be held at your local post office for you to collect or to rearrange delivery.


Please note that FedEx is not available. Only Royal Mail is available. 

Ice Equestrian Ltd are not held responsible for delays in parcels reaching you.


Please note All EU and International deliveries are subject to Customs Duty. All countries vary on their customs rules. Customs/Duty are not included in your Ice Equestrian Ltd Order and are not held responsible in regards to these fees. If the Customs Duty has been ignored or refused by the purchaser this will result in not getting any refund as it will either be destroyed by customs or be sent back to us which. Ice Equestrian Ltd do not issue refunds for unpaid duty charges or unclaimed parcels.

When placing your order please provide your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS and TELEPHONE NUMBER. Please make sure you leave the correct information for you to be able to track your parcel. We always advise to leave a mobile number just in case the courier needs to contact you regarding your parcel.

You will be sent an acknowledgement email from Ice Equestrian Ltd once you have placed your order then a further email from us with your tracking on it. 

We always advise to keep an eye on your tracking often. If using FedEx as your chosen courier they require a telephone number which updates will be sent to your phone on the progress of where your shipment is.

All parcels are fully tracked and traced. Delivery times vary for different countries. We do have a fast service FedEx Priority to the EU and USA which normally takes 2-3 working days.

We are not held responsible if it takes longer.
